I think Millie is the best Real Estate in Arizona. Buying a house is the most stressful and emotional experience anybody can go through. My Mom passed away a few years ago, and I wanted to her to go with me, sadly it didn't happen. After my Mom passed away, It took me a few years to to get the house ready to sell here in Cleveland. I've been talking about moving to Arizona for years and years. When the house was ready to sell, I was looking for Real Estate Agents in Arizona, and I came upon Millie Stamey. I think it was that welcoming smile on Coldwell Bankers Realty Website page. She has a message on her voice mail saying she's "With you every step of the way" and that is absolutely true. She got me though the ups and downs of looking for the right home. Even during this Covid-19 pandemic, Millie stood by me to find the best forever house that my Parents would've loved. A couple of weeks ago, she called me about a house that came back on the market and I loved it, and now it's mine now, and I'm ready to start a whole new life. It really does pay to have an excellent Real Estate Agent that fights for you, and is always serves your best interests. For starters, Millie is absolutely amazing and you will have no regrets at all if she is your realtor! Millie has been a family realtor for YEARS! She met me when I was 12 years old and was helping my parents buy/sell their home. So when it came time to buying my very first home, it was no question who I was going to go with. Millie was a shining star the entire selling of my house process. She gave great advice about a few small things I could do and was able to sell my house for tens of thousands more than another agent I met with had suggested. Absolutely incredible experience with a sincere person in the realty industry. We had more than 4 realtors prior to coming across Millie and she was the only one who genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. Millie resiliently helped me sell my home in Phoenix, AZ and she was outstanding! Before I chose a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort). Millie Stamey stood out as the best that Phoenix has to offer: she had a very strong passion for helping me with the sell of my home and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. She spent hours answering my questions and provided lots of valuable information on comps in my area. I was concerned that my home had tenants renting throughout the majority of the process and would be tough to sell. Millie made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps to make sure the home was properly marketed to sale. I gave her an impossible timeframe that I would like my home sold by and she accomplished that goal, even with me being active duty military and not located in Phoenix. If you are planning a move to the Phoenix area, there is only one person you need to contact: Millie Stamey. I first contacted Millie in April 2019 and explained the 'gotta haves' and 'don't wants' in my new-to-me house. Within 24 hours, I started receiving emails with links to potential properties that seemed to have been built with me in mind! In September I spoke to Millie about bringing my daughter, who would be making the move with me, to Phoenix to let her see what the area is all about and asked Millie if she could arrange for us to look at three or four houses in both Buckeye and Maricopa. 'No problem,' she said. And while we were here, Millie set up an appointment with a mortgage broker to get that ball rolling. We came back to Phoenix in October, looked at three more houses, and put in an offer on one. From that point until move in, Millie handled it all while I was closing on the sale of my old house in Colorado. She took care of the inspections and made sure everything that needed to be repaired was repaired. She wrangled paperwork, dealt with the mortgage broker, and former homeowner's realtor. She even gathered up the door keys and put one where I could get to it since I would not physically move in until 10 days after closing. There was never any hesitation on her part to dive in and do whatever needed to be done. Emails, phone calls and text messages were always answered quickly. Easiest move I've ever made and I have moved plenty: 23 years active duty in the Air Force. Moving is stressful. Millie made this one great.

Millie was amazing. She is very passionate about her job. She got things done fast and was always there to answer questions. Whenever we requested to change the pricing or location on homes we wanted to see On the app it was done right away. She was always there for us and she never tried to push us towards a specific home. She truly wanted us to find our dream home. She answered all of our questions and was very patient with us, because we did have many questions. There was a time where we had some family stuff going on and had to stop looking for a few months, Millie didn't bug us by asking when we were going to be ready to look again but she would check in on us periodically to make sure we were doing alright. I would recommend her to anyone, she will take care of you. She won't be satisfied unless your truly happy with your home and she will do all she can to make sure the process goes smoothly. I mean that truly, as first time home buyers at the age of 25 and 26, this process could not have been more smooth thanks to all the hard work, and dedication Millie puts in for her clients. Millie made a great first impression on me. I'm in the mortgage business so I had lot of options and referrals to choose from. I just had such a good feeling about her, she was real and honest not pushy or did not try to oversell herself. I had just had back surgery , and needed to downsize . One of my brothers and I met Millie, and I was impressed with her professionalism, and how she respond to the question that we asked, my brother and I were impressed ,the other thing was my brother was in another state and he was on the deed as well .so this meant Millie had to deal with me and make sure she kept my brother up to date and send him all the necessary paper work in a timely fashion, not to mention there was a time difference , so she had to be on top of her game, which made me even more impressed. So, the time came to get the house listed , it was listed on that Saturday, by late afternoon , Millie called me and said she set up a couple of showings for Sunday , then she called Sunday morning and said she had a couple more, then a couple hours later she called and said she had more showings , so I told her going to get a room at a hotel, she that is wise cause the house is showing until 7pm. Millie called me around 7:20pm that night saying that she had 3 offers, and said take you time talk to your brother , and I will call you in the morning then it was about 3 min. later and I said I thought you were going to let me think about it, Millie said I am ,but I have a couple of more offers for you to think about , and I also have another showing for Monday , all I could say was WOW , So, by the time Monday came there were 16 showings and I think 8 offers, It was a very smooth transaction on our part that was cause Millie was looking out for me , she made sure from the start she made sure it was easy for me , , she made sure that the other agents knew I just had surgery , and if I was having a bad day (filled with pain ) it would have to wait till I felt better . Millie always had my health issues as her priority . I guess there was only one thing she got wrong , Millie said that she thought the house would sell in a month or so, she had a written contract within 48 hours . So, if you are looking for some one who will not give you any bull, but will do anything and everything for you, who cares , and works hard, and rarely takes vacation, then Millie is the one for you, We interviewed 4 different relators, before picking Millie. she knows what she is talking about , there are times that she had to work with out of state people (as in my case) and if its hard for you to do she will come over and say sit relax , and leave it to me. I met Millie in the funniest way. She lives in my neighborhood. I was driving by and saw some beautiful plants in her yard. I stopped to take pictures of them to figure out what type they were. I went home and a couple of minutes later Millie was at the door. Thinking I was from the homeowners association, she wanted to know why I was taking pictures. She was non-confrontational but was curious. During our conversation she found out we were getting ready to list our house. I could tell that she was a “go-getter” just from talking to her. Working with Millie was a delight! We came in from out-of-state to look at possible properties. On our first (full) day in AZ, Millie had 10 properties ready for us to look at. We settled on a property and with Millie's assistance, before we left AZ the price of the property was negotiated and the financing was underway - Within 30 days of initially viewing our "new" property we closed and now have the opportunity to enjoy "Arizona Life". It was a pleasure to work with Millie again this summer on our next investment house in the Ahwatukee Phoenix Area. From the online request she was with us to schedule our availability to see the houses and to make the offers on time, negotiate well with the seller and also work closely with the mortgage and title company till the close of purchase. Above and beyond she has the best referrals for any upgrade and/or maintenance works required at the house. She is more than a friend to my family and we will be calling her again when we have to make the next move on the real estate market.

Where to start? I did a Google search looking for a Realtor in AZ as my wife & I had decided to downsize and move from Massachusetts to be closer to our daughter. Do you believe a Google search brought us to Millie's site? From day 1 in August 2012 when we made our decision to sell our home in MA., to our move in date of June 26th, 2013, in Phoenix, AZ., Millie was there every step of the way! She went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We bought the home through her web site's photos, HER inspection and HER recommendation. She handled everything for us as we were 2,700 miles away. Millie's strengths? Everything listed below and beyond. You call....she's there! Any questions or concerns? She doesn't have to search for the answer and get back to you....she KNOWS the answers. Our travel dates and arrival in AZ cut into her vacation time with her son and instead of passing us off to her associates she came home from her vacation early. Talk about dedication! I/we could go on and on but we're still moving in and a bit short on time....... just know if you're lucky enough to find Millie, be very very very happy you did! She's the BEST !!!! Millie was very patient in that she showed us all the condos she searched plus all the ones I found through multi list. She did find us the perfect condo in the perfect location for our needs. Millie was successful in negotiating with a seller who initially said there was no negotiation-Thank you Millie for your perseveration. Millie responded very quickly to every email, text, question and phone call, and believe me, there were many questions as we were out of state buyers. Millie is really hard working in helping us to find our dream house. She has been very helpful and willing to walk the extra steps in finding us the information about the housing market in Arizona. Working with Millie on buying my first house was probably one of the best choices I could have made. Millie was there whenever I needed her, may it be morning, noon and night.
